This is a thread for the discussion of other websites for that allow for sharing projects written in Scratch and derivatives.
External sites' rules do not apply here!

Some relevant sites:

• scratch.mit.edu - The flagship Scratch website, probably the one of most interest.
• Mod Share - An old website for sharing projects made with Scratch modifications.
• penguinmod.com - The flagship PenguinMod website. Notably, a nonzero amount of sites run software forked from it
• fruitcore.vercel.app - Found on scratch.mit.edu, perhaps owned by a user from said site who got b&, also it's seemingly dead for now. A Discord (eww) guild is prominently shown in the footer.
• - A(nother) clone of scratch.mit.edu, found via search engine. Seems to be Roblox-related, also very unreliable.

Regarding the formerly mentioned Discord guild, I noticed the invitation page mentions the owner (edit: just the inviter, probably) is a user named CollerTabber, who seems to have been some Scratch animator. The page also has the guild named zippr, which perhaps implies a rebrand.
The interesting (and quite concerning) thing is, however, curiosity led me to search this user's name. and eventually to a Youtube video (age-restricted, requires a Google account, so I re-uploaded it) displaying a Scratch project accusing the user of having raped his at the time 9-year-old brother. The included info could very well be falsified, however it is certainly a red flag.
Anyway I myself (somewhat begrudgingly) hold a(n abandoned) account on Discord, so I may join the guild to investigate.

Alright, so it appears as if the site might be as good as dead for most prospective users, so I'll strikethrough its entry in the original post.

fruitcore isn't shutting down but will no longer be a "public" service, more details will be shared soon as we move away from public use of fruitcore.

Also, there appears to be information about a new site in development, with a scratch-www-esque UI (with a screenshot, which I have attached).

Maybe old news by now but scratch.mit.edu is switching to NGP; see this. Also, I hear the forums will be migrated to new software, and the previous forums will be discarded; I cannot get a straight answer for whether the forums will be archived.
As such we should probably dump the current forums and reverse-engineer the current backend software (I've just been lazy lately, sorry…).
Edit: oh yeah, also some bugs (mostly but not entirely styling ones) remain, I feel like I've been through enough trouble for now though.
