I tested this on my main web browser and I could replicate. However, this does not happen if using a Flash-compatible web browser such as Pale Moon, so this must be a Ruffle bug. I assume this happens since Scratch captures input after you click on it or you're in the editor or fullscreen. Here, it seems like it's not giving control back to the web page after exiting the editor or fullscreen mode.
