PART 6:
[ACT 5-Freddy & Bonnie’s room]
FREDDY: (enters) Bonnie? Please, I need to talk to you…about what happened, about everything. I-I did not mean to…to…(sighs, looks under the desk)
BONNIE: Go away
FREDDY: Bonnie, I’m sorry. What Monty did was unacceptable, and I had no part in-
BONNIE: Save it, traitor
FREDDY: I-wha-you think I enjoyed that?
BONNIE: Yeah. I do. And you did it to get back at me. (steps out, arms crossed)
FREDDY: No I didn’t! I don’t love Monty the way I love you!...(quiet) But you feel that way about Foxy…don’t you?
BONNIE: …I…you wouldn’t…you don’t understand
FREDDY: Because you won’t let me
[He takes out a signed poster he had given Bonnie a while back (THE POSTER FROM THE VIDEOGAMES BTW)]
FREDDY: “You and me forever and ever.” Does that even mean anything to you anymore?
BONNIE: I want it to. More than anything. But…(sighs) Foxy, he…
FREDDY: …Wow. And I thought you cared about me. About us
[He walks out, leaving Bonnie alone]
FREDDY: Guess forever wasn’t a very long time after all
[Bonnie breaks down into tears as Freddy leaves]
THAT NIGHT…
[Bonnie has a backpack and is about to leave for good]
MANGLE: B-Bonnie?
BONNIE: Mangle…thought you were sleeping
MANGLE: Wh-wh-where are you-u-u going?
BONNIE: I'm making things terrible for everyone…Maybe this is for the best. At least I won't hurt anyone's feelings if I don't stay
MANGLE: (soft) A-at least tell Freddy-y-y where you're going? He-he-he’ll be so worried
BONNIE: I left a note in his dresser drawer. That should be enough
MANGLE Please s-s-stay Bonnie (tearing up) D-d-don’t go
[He sees a slip of paper poking out of his dresser and pulls it out]
NOTE: Hey Freddy Hope you slept well If you're reading this…I'm already long gone I don't wanna hurt you or anyone else anymore Don't come looking for me –Bonnie
FREDDY: I…I didn't think he'd actually leave
MONTY: (leaning on the doorframe) Well, he did
FREDDY: (hollow) This is your fault
MONTY: Bonnie started it. Technically, this is his fault
[Freddy doesn't object, just stares at the note in his hand]
FREDDY: I didn't want him to go…not for real
MONTY: (sits next to him) I haven't left yet. You still have me
FREDDY: …(leans on his shoulder, crying)
MONTY: (pulls him closer) Let it out…it's okay…I'm here for you…
[The two of them just stay there, Freddy still clutching Bonnie's note]
END STINGER:
[Bonnie is in the woods, trying to get as far away from the Plex as possible]
