[ACT 7–The woods]
EVENING
[Everyone is looking for Bonnie]
FREDDY:
Bonnie! Bonnie, where are you?
ROXANNE:
Bonnie?!
MANGLE:
No, you g-g-gotta do it like (screeches) BONNNNIIIIIEEEE!!!
[Several birds fly away]
FOXY:
(hisses) MANGLE! For the love of God, please scream Bonnie's name QUIETLY.
MANGLE:
Okie-doki-doki-literature-club! (whispers loudly) BONNIE!
FOXY:
(rolls his eyes, then spots Bonnie's footprints) Oi! Over here!
CHICA:
He went far…too far
FREDDY:
Come on, we'll find him if we follow the footprints
ROXANNE:
Hope the poor dude’s okay
FREDDY:
He-he is. I know it
LATER…
[The group follows the footprints until they end in a clearing]
FOXY:
Where's Bonnie?
FREDDY:
…He should…he should be here
[They look around. Bonnie is nowhere to be found]
FREDDY:
(sinks to his knees, burying his face in his hands) We lost him. We lost Bonnie
[Everyone is quiet]
FOXY:
I…I'm real sorry, Freddy. This wouldn't have happened if it weren't for me…
FREDDY:
I shouldn't have pushed him, I…I should've just…(chokes back sobs)
[There's a pause. A faint beeping noise echoes]
FOXY:
…What's that sound?
MANGLE:
Don't l-l-look at me, I recharged b-before we left
FREDDY:
Wait (spots a light)....(runs toward it)
CHICA:
Hey-wait up!
[They all follow the light. Then…they find Bonnie]
FREDDY:
BONNIE!
CHICA:
Is-is he okay?
FOXY:
(scanning Bonnie) Systems are damaged badly but I can fix him. We have to hurry though
FREDDY:
(lifts Bonnie and carries him) Hang in there, Bonnie. We're here. You're going to be okay
NIGHTTIME….
[Bonnie is resting on the exam table in Parts & Service. Freddy is close by, holding Bonnie's hand]
MANGLE:
(tightens a bolt) Aaaaand that should do it
BONNIE:
(flickers to life, sitting upright) …what…happened?
FREDDY:
You're okay! (hugs him) You're okay…
BONNIE:
How did you find me?
FREDDY:
Oh…well (looks to Mangle)
BONNIE:
Heh, you couldn't just let me die, could you?
MANGLE:
Oh, th-that wasn't me
BONNIE:
What?
[Foxy enters, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly]
FOXY:
Hey, Bon
BONNIE:
…(immediately gets off the exam table and hugs Foxy)
FOXY:
…Good to see you too
BONNIE:
(sobs) Why…why did you…you have no idea how much I've…
FOXY:
I'm sorry for how much I hurt you. And…I'm sorry for everything I put you through…All of you
BONNIE:
(pulls away, looking at Freddy, then back at Foxy) Foxy, I…I'm sorry, but…(sighs)
FOXY:
It's okay. Freddy loves you…and if caring about someone means making them happy, if being with him is something that makes you happy…then…go for it (smiles sadly)
[Bonnie smiles, turning back to Freddy]
FREDDY:
(pulls him close) I thought I lost you
BONNIE:
I thought I lost YOU
FREDDY:
(voice cracking) Look, I don't care what happens next. I just want to be with you. Forever. If you don't want to talk about something, that's okay. I don't care. I love you no matter what.
BONNIE:
No. I should've been honest and I'm sorry. I never should have tried keeping this from you. I didn't think you would understand… but I was wrong
[Bonnie cups Freddy's face]
BONNIE:
I love you, Freddy. And I promise, nothing will come between us again.
FREDDY:
Forever and ever?
BONNIE:
Forever and ever
[Freddy pulls Bonnie in and kisses him]
CHICA:
Aw…true love finds a way after all (leans on Roxy)
MANGLE:
Ew
[Freddy pulls back, just enough to rest his forehead against Bonnie's]
FREDDY:
I love you too, Bonnie. Always.
END STINGER:
DAYS LATER…
[Everyone is performing for an audience]
FREDDY:
This next song is dedicated to everyone out there who has that special someone they care about.
BONNIE:
And remember, no matter what you may go through on this highway called “life”...as long as you have love…(holds Freddy's hand) you can do anything
[The spotlight glows as Bonnie and Freddy lead the new song, their bond stronger than ever]
CLIFFHANGER:
[Monty is in an alley, meeting with a stranger]
MONTY:
You have the code?
VANESSA:
Yes
MONTY:
Good. I want them all to suffer
VANESSA
In return, there's something you have to do for me
MONTY:
Sure, whatever you want
VANESSA:
Find this child (shows him a picture)
MONTY:
Scrawny thing. I'll do it
[Th stranger hands Monty a flashdrive and leaves]
VANESSA:
Pleasure doing business with you
MONTY:
Yeah…pleasure
[And somewhere in the alley…Gregory hides from the incoming danger]
