Where should the line between FE and NFE be?

Right now, I've been only been marking projects that are related to dark thoughts as NFE, but then I stumbled across this project: https://r2.scr.chipmunk.land/projects/304/ It's a Gobo pooping other Gobos! It's kinda yucky, so I marked it as NFE, but I wonder if that was the correct choice. So what are your thoughts on this?

Uh… I myself never decided where the line between NFE and FE should be. I suppose I do find the project a bit weird too though…
